Overview
Zero Gravity Massage of Nashville, located in the Berry Hill area at 700 Craighead Street, offers a distinctly different massage concept: fully therapist-free, touchless massage delivered through proprietary Zero Gravity massage chairs. Rather than a hands-on therapist session, clients are guided remotely by phone while seated in a private, staff-free room, choosing between full-body treatment or targeted area-specific programs. This model appeals particularly to clients who prefer privacy or feel uncomfortable with traditional hands-on massage, as well as those simply curious about a tech-driven alternative to conventional bodywork.
The business markets its chairs for couples as well as individuals, framing sessions as an option for deepening connection between partners in addition to standard relaxation benefits like muscle release, improved circulation, and better sleep quality. Every room is fully private with no staff present during the session itself, and the location is open long hours, from 7 AM to 11 PM daily, making it accessible for both early risers and late-evening visitors.
Pricing at the Nashville location includes a single-person 60-minute session at $69, a couples 60-minute session at $139, and an extended couples 2-hour session at $199. The business has built a strong customer base, holding a 4.8 rating across more than 1,300 reviews. For Nashville-area clients seeking a private, low-contact massage alternative — or couples looking for a shared wellness experience without a therapist present — Zero Gravity offers a niche option distinct from the traditional massage studios common in the area.
