Overview
Fitz It Auto Care is an auto repair business that has served Nashville’s Donelson neighborhood for more than twenty years. Located on Old Lebanon Pike, the company defines itself with the tagline “Quality, Experience, Affordability,” presenting these three elements as its core value proposition. The shop offers comprehensive automotive repair services, handling everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs.
One of the company’s strongest assets is its long-standing local reputation. There’s a strong word-of-mouth history of being known in the Donelson area as run by “honest and helpful people” and as an “affordable, honest shop.” This is a natural result of Fitz It’s twenty-year presence, particularly valuable given how important trust is in auto repair. The company positions customer satisfaction and honesty as priorities equal to technical competence.
Fitz It Auto Care operates weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and maintains a presence on Facebook to engage with customers. For drivers in and around Donelson, it offers a trusted, neighborhood-shop alternative to the impersonal approach of large chain service centers.
