Overview
Air Conditioning Service, Inc., whose website is greentrucks.com but which is known locally simply as “ACS,” is a well-established HVAC company that has operated in Nashville since the early 1960s — more than sixty years. From its headquarters on McNally Drive, it serves roughly sixteen Middle Tennessee cities, including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro.
The company’s service portfolio covers air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as heating systems including gas furnaces and heat pumps, ventilation and duct cleaning, commercial refrigeration solutions, water heaters, and generator installation. Special attention is also given to indoor air quality. The company offers 24/7 emergency service, providing reassurance against the fact that AC or heating failures often occur on the hottest or coldest days.
ACS operates as an official Carrier factory dealer, a direct partnership with one of the industry’s most established and trusted manufacturers, offering customers original parts and factory-backed warranty assurance. That said, the company also provides service and repair on all major HVAC brands, meaning customers can get support regardless of their existing system’s brand.
The company positions itself around “honest pricing and high-quality maintenance,” an approach supported by its 4.8/5 rating on Google (268 reviews). Its more than sixty years of local reputation and Carrier dealership form a reassuring combination for Nashville residents who want to work with a long-established, established firm.
